BloksRules ("App") is developed by Bloks Telemàtics ("we", "our", or "us"). • Usage and Diagnostics:
  • Crashlytics (Firebase) collects crash logs, device information, and app version to help us identify and fix issues.
  • Remote Config (Firebase) may deliver configuration values to adapt or test features.
  • Google Analytics for Firebase collects anonymized usage statistics such as screens visited, session duration, and events, to help us improve the App.
• Rules and Projects: configuration and rule files you manage in the App are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or access this content unless explicitly shared by you.

2. How We Use Information

• Authenticate and manage your account.
• Process purchases, subscriptions, and entitlements.
• Provide core functionality of the App (rules repository, project management, export features).
• Improve app stability and user experience through analytics and crash reports.
• Deliver feature flags or remote configurations to optimize functionality.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Account data is stored securely in our systems and protected with industry-standard encryption.
• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
• Project and rule files remain on your local device unless you explicitly export or share them.
• Firebase and Google Analytics may process data on servers located in the EU and other regions. We rely on their security and compliance standards (including GDPR).

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services:

• Apple App Store → to manage payments and purchases.
• RevenueCat → to manage subscription entitlements and validate purchases.
• Firebase Crashlytics → to collect crash reports and stability data.
• Firebase Remote Config → to deliver app configuration and feature flags.
• Google Analytics for Firebase → to collect aggregated and anonymized usage statistics.

5. Your Rights

• Delete your account through the App or by contacting support.
• Cancel subscriptions via Apple’s App Store account settings.

The App is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
