Privacy Policy – BloksPrompts

This page explains how BloksPrompts handles your data. Authentication, account and subscription handling is shared with the Bloks Suite services.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account or use the App, we may collect:

• Account Information: name, email address, password (stored securely in encrypted form).
• Subscription Data: purchase history and subscription status, as provided by Apple’s App Store and RevenueCat.
• Usage and Diagnostics:
  • Crashlytics (Firebase) collects crash logs, device information, and app version to help us identify and fix issues.
  • Remote Config (Firebase) may deliver configuration values to adapt or test features.
  • Google Analytics for Firebase collects anonymized usage statistics such as screens visited, session duration, and events, to help us improve the App.
• Prompts and Collections: prompts you create and manage in the App are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or access this content unless you explicitly share it.

2. How We Use Information

• Authenticate and manage your account.
• Process purchases, subscriptions, and entitlements.
• Provide core functionality of the App (prompt library, organization and reuse across projects).
• Improve app stability and user experience through analytics and crash reports.
• Deliver feature flags or remote configurations to optimize functionality.
• Comply with legal requirements.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Account data is stored securely in our systems and protected with industry-standard encryption.
• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
• Prompt content and collections remain on your local device unless you explicitly export or share them.
• Firebase and Google Analytics may process data on servers located in the EU and other regions. We rely on their security and compliance standards (including GDPR).

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services:

• Apple App Store → to manage payments and purchases.
• RevenueCat → to manage subscription entitlements and validate purchases.
• Firebase Crashlytics → to collect crash reports and stability data.
• Firebase Remote Config → to deliver app configuration and feature flags.
• Google Analytics for Firebase → to collect aggregated and anonymized usage statistics.

Each of these providers processes limited information necessary for their services. Please review their privacy policies for more details.

5. Your Rights

• Access and update your account information at any time.
• Delete your account through the App or by contacting support.
• Cancel subscriptions via Apple’s App Store account settings.
• Opt-out of analytics collection via system settings (if available).
• Request deletion of your personal data by contacting us (subject to legal obligations).

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App and on our website. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
