Terms of Use – BloksPrompts

By using BloksPrompts you agree to these terms and to the shared policies of the Bloks Suite.

1. License Grant

  • The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices running macOS that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
  • This license is for personal or professional use, subject to the subscription or lifetime purchase terms you have selected.

2. Ownership

  • The App is licensed, not sold.
  • All rights, title, and interest in the App remain with the Developer.
  • You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or resell the App.

3. Subscription and Lifetime Purchase

  • Certain features of the App require a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
  • Payments and renewals are managed through Apple’s App Store and RevenueCat.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4. Data and Privacy

  • The App primarily works locally on your device.
  • No personal data is collected without your consent, except information required for purchases through Apple and RevenueCat.

5. Limitations

  • The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • The Developer does not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or be error-free.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

6. Termination

  • This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or the Developer.
  • You may terminate by deleting the App.
  • The Developer may terminate the Agreement if you fail to comply with its terms.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Spain and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Third-Party Trademarks

This App may reference third-party software such as Visual Studio Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Zed, Kiro, GitHub Copilot, and others.

All product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Such references are used solely for compatibility and descriptive purposes, and do not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by these third parties.
